April 13, 2009. The 2009 GRA Awards Competition is officially underway. The competition is open only to standing members of the Governmental Research Association. Entrants will be judged for projects addressing state, local, and regional or multi-jurisdictional government in one of three categories: Most Distinguished Research, Outstanding Policy Achievement, and Most Effective Education.
